Our staff must meet strict criteria in order to qualify for employment through our company.  We conduct thorough background checks, stringent screening procedures, a rigorous interview process, training, induction, and ongoing supervision of all staff.

We ensure that all of our staff are able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing; and that they know how to handle people and situations for maximum safety and effectiveness.

Once hired, our management team continues to evaluate every security officer to make sure they do an excellent job for our clients every day.  Will work tirelessly to ensure our security team display a professional appearance and demeanour at all times when representing our clients.

Supervision

Staff Training & Development

Our Quality Management System begins with high quality employees, well-formulated policies and procedures followed by quality training to result in superior daily execution. 

Our experienced management team work one on one with new officers during four hours of initial security training, which includes classroom training delivery and briefings with senior officers.
